Ticket and user deletion

gert.io offers two possibilities: deletion and redaction.

Deletion means removing completely, meaning that all data is irreversibly erased from Zendesk. This includes all content and all data, including metadata.

These tickets and users are thus also removed from figuring in the reporting, i.e. Zendesk Explore, so in order to keep relevant metadata, gert.io can also do redactions instead.
